A message from EPYSA/ regarding the International Transer Clearnace Questionnaire; required to be approved by TRAVEL leagues. 

Please have the parent of EVERY player log back into their GotSport account, select “FAMILY”, select the Player’s name, and then select “DASHBOARD” and then “MORE INFO” beside the Player Compliance requirement, International Transfer Clearance (ITC) Questionnaire and complete the Questionnaire. 

Please instruct them to read the questions carefully and reply correctly to insure there is no delay in their approval process. The answers given will trigger next steps.

This task will only need to be completed ONE time and will then stay with that player through the years as we continue to use GotSport as our carding/rostering platform.

*FYI: This U.S. Soccer/FIFA requirement is a player requirement for all approvals moving forward. It will be a roster requirement for all players for 23/24.
